Returns Policy

I have to return something what do I do?

If your product is unsuitable please contact us by email us within five working days.  You will be issued with a return number to include with your returned product.  A refund will only be given if the product is in an unused condition & have all the original packaging & labelling intact.
Fatbird will refund the price of the goods returned deducting the original freight.
Please note, the returning of a product is at your own cost.

 

My product is damaged or faulty what do I do?

If your product is either damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours. We will make an assessment based on details given and issue either a refund or replacement.  Replacements are subject to availability, we will inform you if there maybe a delay in making a replacement.
